Question PC freezes

My pc often freezes. I have tried with different motherboard, PSU. Have tried running with or without the GPU. Windows memory diagnostic tool found no faults. Always the same fault where the computer completely freezes. Sometimes it works 60 hours without fault, sometimes only 3 minutes after boot. How likely is it to be CPU?

please include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. As for the parts used for your troubleshooting process, please list them as well.
