Question PC freezing after doing a CMOS Reset ?

After doing the cmos reset thing, my pc boot up as normal but when i try to connect to wifi to download & install Windows update, it freezes, I force shut down the pc using the power button but when i turn it on again, it's turning on & off again & again like in a loop, pls help

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If this is a clean install of your OS(assuming you're on Windows 10/11) then disconnect from the www and install all drivers with the latest versions in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
