pc freezing after gpu upgrade

this is my current setup

AMD FX-8320
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 2.0)
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB
CRYORIG H7 Tower Cooler
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3
and i switched to a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 after i did my computer keeps frezing i tried reinstalling windows and i got nothing

sounds like possibly the video card may be bad? try another one.. OR maybe something happend to the power or motherboard when you installed the new card
