Question PC Freezing and BSOD.

My PC has started freezing multiple times a day for the past couple weeks, and sometimes bluescreening, I have not been gaming much so mostly just happens while idle / browsing.
Most of the time I end up holding the power button to shut down.
Nothing had changed to my knowledge so I'm at a loss of what could be causing it.

BSOD stop code: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION
Bug check code 113

Checking MiniDump files (I don't understand most of it, just trying to make sense of what I can understand)
"Filename" - ntoskrnl.exe
Process Name - different in every dump file, I've seen NVDispl, Discord, System, Chrome, every time different.

Things I've tried so far:
DDU clean up & updated GPU drivers
Windows Updates
Updated Network drivers
Ran windows memory diagnostic - no errors
Ran Memtest86 on every stick - no errors (only did 1 pass on each stick since it takes 30 minutes to do 1 pass)
Updated BIOS

Would like to keep reformat as a last resort... also have the option to update to windows 11.. would prefer not to, but maybe worth a shot?
Any help greatly appreciated! let me know what else I can provide.
