Question PC freezing for a few seconds every few minutes

I've been having an issue recently where my pc freezes for a few seconds then frees up again but it does this every few minutes. This happens on my two main monitors, I have a tv connected as a third monitor but I don't always use it and have it on. The weird part is that when the TV is on the freezing issues are gone, it only when the TV is off and it only using the monitors that I have the freezing issues.

I've tried different cables to the monitors, updating all drivers, scanning for viruses and a few other random things but nothing has stopped the freezing. The pc is running windows 10, a Ryzen 5 5600x, 16GBs of ram and a 4070ti.

Any help or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
