Question PC freezing on startup

Hello all. Recently my PC stopped POSTing all of a sudden, I took the components apart and put them back together and I could get into BIOS. But after I choose my SSD to boot into the screen freezes on the windows logo. If I let it boot normally without selecting a drive it will freeze on the ASUS logo. I tried turning off fast boot and using an installation media but its still happening. Any ideas?

Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320M-K
GPU: GTX 4GB 1070
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws 16GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen i7
Storage: 1TB Samsung EVO 850 SSD
PSU: Corsair CX 500

Update: If I take out one RAM stick it will work, but if I use both it freezes again. What can I do to fix this?
