Question Pc freezing problem

When I switch windows or just trying watch a video fullscreen my whole pc freezes for like 10-20sec, I have reinstalled my drivers, underclocked my ram because it was crashing at its rated speed and updated the bios, I did use windows memory diagnostic tool to check if it even check it, It says the ram are positive, used crystalinfo to see that my storage is fine, but to no avail I can't find the source of the problem, please help me

6800xt
32GB 3533MHZ ram

Hello my full spec is
5600x
watercooled
b550 tomahawk
corsair vengeance ddr4 2x16 ram set 3533mhz cause it is unstable at 3600mhz
SSD - 400gb
HDD - 3TB
GPU - Asus tuf 6800xt
850w from corsair
hexgear r80
windows 11
samsung g5

1 user on reddit told me to roll back my drivers to 23.9.1 and it looks like it fixed for now just in case if it did not, can you tell what to do.
