Question PC Freezing When GPU is Under Load

Hey everyone. Whenever I'm playing games and my GPU is under any consistent load, temps appear fine, but my PC will freeze/lock up, forcing me to have to power off/on. I have completed memory and disk scans as well as cpu load testing to rule out those components as contributing factors. I've also taken the pc apart and rebuilt to confirm everything is connected securely.

There doesn't appear to be any real consistency of time during any of the games I've tested where freezing will occur, merely that it's inevitable. I've tested with Valorant, Keplerth, Europa Universalis IV, Skyrim, Halo Infinite, Hunt, and many others and on various graphic settings. I've used HWiNFO during my most recent gaming session (Skyrim using Elysium Remastered Mod Pack) and have attached the systems diagnostics at the moment of freezing, but nothing within it stands out to me.

I'm hoping you can all help me in diagnosing the issue and determining if the problem is the GPU or if it's the PSU.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, as I'd rather not have to spend money on a new SF PSU if it isn't absolutely necessary, or contact Asus regarding warranty if the issue is the PSU.

Thank you so much.

Update: I installed a Corsair SF750w tonight. Fingers crossed that this solves the issue.
Update: Issue continues to persist at the same frequency :(
