Question pc front panel screws

my case's front panel is held by "snaps" like to the ones in the video.
I'm having trouble removing the panel and would also like to know the correct name for these "snaps".

I just call then push-pins. I don't know if they ever had a trade name. Most of the time, you can do it easier than he's doing it by simply grabbing the cover by the finger grip slot under the cover and pulling. But sometimes they are too tight to dislodge that way and need help from inside. I then put a wooden dowel on them and give it a whack.

i managed to open it through pliers, were pretty hard xD
