PC Gaming Build

This build is very good, but the GTX 960 just isn't a good value for its performance, I would not get Nvidia unless you can get at least a 970. At $240 you can get an R9 290 which is almost as fast as the 970 and about $60 less expensive.

Also the Corsair RM series are not the best PSU for the price, the EVGA B2 750W is better quality and has more wattage for a lower price.

Thanks Phil923 for the advice. I am going to go with the MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V. I like the fact it uses less power and generates less heat. I also swapped out the memory for the 1866 mhz sticks. Same brand. It was actually a few dollars cheaper than the 1600 mhz memory. Now as far as memory is concerned, is there a big difference between 8gb ram and 16gb ram for gaming and everyday tasks?

The corsair RM650 was on sale for $92 but it just jumped back up to $110. Not worth it so much anymore. I'll definitely consider the evga b2.

Thanks for the help.

^No. For everyday multi tasking and gaming, 8 GB is plenty. I'm fairly sure you won't need 16GB RAM, but you can check this yourself by opening task manager and viewing your ram usage while you are multitasking. Games are no where near using 16GB of ram, and won't be for a long time. The 750W B2 from EVGA is a solid PSU.
