PC Gaming Case Help

Hello, I recently purchased a Cooler Master Masterbox Pro 5 RGB. I was planning on putting a Ryzen 5 2600x, ASUS GTX 1080 OC, 16gb corsair ram 3000mhz. This would all be on a
ASUS Prime X470-Pro AMD Ryzen 2 AM4. Would this case keep all of my components cool? Or any recommendations on a different case?

Yes while your case plays a part in keeping component's cool it will be mostly up to the individual cooling solutions of the CPU and GPU. You will need adequate case fans intake and exhaust in order to provide the correct environment for everything else. If you can avoid FE cards if temps and noise are a concern for you, they tend to be more difficult to manage. Buy quality stuff and you'll likely get good results
