i have been planning this build for so long and finally want to buy but i am curious if the cpu fan is going to fit in this case.. i feel like it should but i am just not sure.. can someone research this for me?

Your build looks fully compatible, I don't foresee any type of trouble coming from the parts you've selected.

As for waiting through Cyber Monday or Black Friday, I would recommend it. Better to be safe than sorry.
