Pc gets hanged and an unusual problem

My pc gets hanged whenever I try to open a community website in a new tab in chrome! Everything is updated including my 64bit win7. Like when I try to open yahoo or twitter or tomshardware my whole pc gets hanged for a few seconds, nothing works except the cursor but it looses its ability to select,it can just move.
The second problem occured suddenly! I was playing Crysis 1 and suddenly the screen stood still though I can use those alt+ctrl+del and stop it but it dint end there. When i stopped the crysis" process" everything in my screen looked faded! Just to test it, I played a movie but it played as usual not "fading" effect!

hmmm kinda hard to determine the problem, could be a virus/trojan eating up your resources, could be an overheating issue or a RAM issue since this last one tends to cause random issues.

Scan your pc with your antivirus and also with malwarebytes to deal with trojan and malware problems, monitor your CPU and GPU temps at idle and under load, come back with the results.

I have an antimalwarebytes premium and microsoft security essential installed. Nothing gets/got detected!

I did that too! I played Watchdogs at very high! normal temps all the way( msi afterburner used)!

Looks good, next step would be to test your RAM, use memtest86 for this task, also I'm wondering which PSU do you have and how old is it?

I just bought my pc a month back!
I use 450W CM thunder !
that memtest86 thing isn't working!

You have to burn the memtest86 ISO on a DVD and boot your pc with it.
