[SOLVED] Pc gets power but nothing turns on

I have just build a New pc but nothing rly works.
I have tried pluging it in, and there is light on the power button and some light on the gpu but that Is all. No fans running not a single one. No light on the case either

Z390 pro4
G. Skull tridentz rgb 16gb*2

The power supplies use to have an on/off button next to the mains cable.

Also - double check that the front panel conectors are connected to the correct pins - it is very easy to skip a pin, and then nothing works.

Oh wow i had missread one of the pins ty i feel a bit stupid now i have been looking and trying so many things the last 2 hous and the solution was this easy
