Question Only when gaming, my PC goes black screen and crashes ?

Specs:
GPU:Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060
CPU:i5 10th gen
RAM:16gigs
MotherBoard:B560 mhv2
SSD:512gigs

While using my pc normally, it works fine but if i start gaming, within few minutes my screen goes black and crashes. I tried rolling back my drivers but nothing fixed.
The card is only a few months old too.

Please help me i posted this thread for a close friend of mine and hope yall fix this issue for him

You forgot to mention the make, model ang age of the PSU.

CPU:i5 10th gen
Can you clarify which i5 from the 10th Gen you have?

If so, what BIOS version are you on?

Pertaining to your GPU, what driver version are you on for your RTX 4060?

my screen goes black and crashes
by crash you mean the system reboots or that the game crashes to desktop GUI?

Use DDU to uninstall drivers and then install 566.36 drivers.

has this worked? I'm suffering the same problem on a 3060 12gb? update driver then black screen?
