Pc going to sleep/power saving and wont wake up while gaming

So recently this has been happen recently while I'm gaming, all of a sudden my monitor will go blank and enter sleep mode along with my computer. Has anyone had this issue before and found a solution?

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i GTX
MoBo: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO Z97
GPU: ASUS Strix 970
PSU: Corsair GS700
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Monitor (Main): ASUS VG248QE
Monitor (2nd): LG 25UM65-P

Have you checked your Power Options in Control Panel? Might you have a sleep button on your keyboard which you have knocked?

Its not the power options for sure, i not sure exactly what it could be but my guess maybe is a refresh rate issue? since i do play on a 144hz monitor but its just bugging me to find my cause.
