PC got messed up

Hey ho, I have a problem and I hope you guys can provide a fix for it, recently I upgraded my gpu and changed my cpu thermal paste and removed all the dust in my pc for best performance and all was well,I played games,surfed the internet,did stuff completely normal,then I disabled my paging file thinking it will boost my pc performance, nope it didn't , instead I got hardware instability, It started actually 2 days after I disabled page file that all my games would crash at random points, and I'd sometimes get BSOD's, so I went and restored page file,I set page file to system managed, and the problem still persists, my games crash, reporting the error '' (game).exe has stopped working '' :C And here is what I've tried, reinstalled my latest nvidia 344.75 drivers, cleaned my pc from malware, did a virus scan, checked my gpu and cpu temps it's all normal,idk what to do, BSOD errors said I have memory_management issues and some said I have bad_pool_header

step1 ; run device manager and see if there are any errors

step2; run cmd and then type chkdsk /f

step3; run cmd and then type verifier then from graphical user interface >>> Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer

If PC won't boot press F8 during boot. (safe mode)
