PC grey screen crash, uninstalled drivers and now PC doesn't detect HDMI.

Today I was gaming, playing the same game that I always do when my PC crashes into a grey screen. So I decide to look for solutions online and failing a few tests I decide to try and uninstall my display drivers through control panel and DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). During the restart my monitor no longer loaded reading the message "No HDMI Cable Connected" but the desktop seemed to boot fine.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

My guess would be that when you uninstalled the display driver that the integrated gpu became the default GPU. Try connecting to the display to it.
