Hi everyone!

So, one day I boot my computer and it starts normally, but when start to open one or two programs, it freezes. I tried to reboot it normally, but it wasn't responding, so I had to force reboot it.

Then, it wouldn't boot. It shows the BIOS logo (and I can get into the Bios and change settings without issue), but afterwards, after a long loading and before the windows logo, just goes to black.

I have a Macrium Reflect Image on a USB drive, but when I try to boot from it, the same thing happens - after changing boot order and "saving changes and rebooting", just loads to a black screen. I downloaded the Windows ISO to another USB drive, and the same happens. I tested both drives on another computer and both work fine.

I reset the Bios to factory settings through its menu, cleared the CMOS by removing the battery, and still no luck.

Any help or sugestions are greatly apreciated.

Thank you and best regards to all of you. :)

Does the BIOS see the boot drive?
Yes, both the hard drive and the USB Drives

Do a BIOS update and see if that helps.
I honestly don't know how to do that... :/

What motherboard do you have?
MSI H110M Pro-D

Otherwise, I'd say contact the motherboard manufacture or just get a new motherboard.

So given that the hard drive is not involved, the motherboard should be the culprit? RAM problem is out of the question? CPU? Sorry, my name is Jon, I know nothing... :/

Thank you for your help! :)

I think that it's probably the motherboard.
If they say it's not than we can investigate other things.

For updating the bios, you download the file onto a usb drive, go into the bios, and in MSI bios, you usualy push someting like M-Flash or something like that.
