Question PC hard freezing when playing games.

So I'm having random hard freezes when gaming and I would have to power down my pc by using the power button. I have PC manager installed and I've noticed that my pc freezes when my temporary files reach around 850mb. I had increased my page file size to 1.5x the size of the ram but reverted back to system managed sincr I faced a lot of freezes and crashes. Unfortunately now, the OS freezes and crashes even on the system managed settings.

Any help is truly appreciated.

CPU: I7-7700k
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2X16GB
Motherboard: MSI Z270 gaming M7
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1080TI OC
PSU: Silverstone 750W Gold
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64bit
BIOS: Version 1.70

What does Event Viewer say?
Are all the drivers up-to-date?

You've also got pending BIOS updates. The latest version is 7A57v17 from 2018/08/03 (if I'm not mistaken). See if updating resolves your issue. ------

I am running the 7A57v17 bios version. I updated my bios again anyway but the issue still persists.

Can you please guide me as I'm not sure what I'm looking for in the event viewer?
