Ive been having this problem for a while now and ive tried a whole bunch of things to see if it works including reinstalling windows, reinstalling drivers , checking ram , replaced my hard drive however the issue still persists.
AFAIK the issue seems to be win32kfull.sys as when i used driver verifier it is what causes a bsod everytime.
Could someone please help me resolve this issue ?

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: AMSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (MS-7C02)
RAM: ADATA Premier 8 GB 2666 MHz DDR4 288 PIN
GPU: Zotac GTX 1660 Super AMP
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB
SSD: DATA Ultimate SU650 120GB 3D-NAND 2.5" SATA III Solid State Drive

Ok so i might just have figured out the issue.
I saw that when i stress tested the gpu the max it would go to is Around 1710 Mhz. And it would freeze everytime i tried it without fail. So i assumed that the problem has something to do with the gpu . So i undervolted it and capped it to 1710 Mhz. No ive been running OCCT for a while without any freezing.
The thing is that the gpu was fine in other tests. Its specifically OCCT that can cause a freeze every single time and not other tests. Ill try memtest and see if it freezes or not.

Now this has got me paranoid that the noise i heard was just coil whine or something else.

Hmm maybe the gpu needs its thermal paste and pads replaced

What i know regarding that gpu is that it should be able to boost higher, might want to check with Zotac and see that you can RMA it if this is the max you can get with all the measures you have taken like undervolting. Undervolting shouldn't be necessary for stability.

unfortunately for me , i live in a country where we have to buy pc parts from third party retailers and they only give 1 year local warranties for products and ryzen cpus dont even have that. They get international warranties. So if something goes wrong with the cpu i have to ship it abroad for rma. Its also the reason why it very hard to find good repair shops as well.
Im not sure about the gpu but i don't think its within warranty since its been more than a year since i bought it . At best i could sell it online as a second hand gpu and hopefully get a new one. Buts thats if i can 100 percent confirm that it definitely is the gpu causing this since ive already gone and changed my psu without it fixing anything.

Is it possible for a gpu to become unstable like this above base clock if not cleaned or repasted for almost two years? I looked up how often or if i should ever have to repaste my gpu amd most forums said when it starts overheating but some suggested doing so once a year.

Hey , so sorry for the wait i kinda got busy with my end of semester exams. I was able to get some ddr4 ram from someone i know and was able to test the system using it. The good news is its definitely not the ram.

so replace the mother board then?

Think there might be another bios by now, might as well try that even if beta. If that doesn't help could it both be motherboard or cpu, but changing motherboard is likeley best option.

You did reinstall windows afaik?

Many times. Clean install from a usb.
Also i realized that the one thing i had not tried with regards to the hardware itself was reseating and repasting the CPU. TBH it doesnt feel like an issue caused by a cpu not being seated properly but im trying everything at this point.

Ive encountered another symptom of this issue.
The pc restarted itself and when it got to the login screen it was low res(how it looks before you install proper gpu drivers after a full reset) and it showed that my windows 10 pin had been reset.
However , after another restart it didn't show that notification any more but still showed low res on the login screen. But the resolution fixed itself after login.
I'll be replacing the motherboard sometime soon tho. Hopefully that will be the end of this issue.

Well I think The issue has been resolved. Ive been using the pc for a week straight with no issues at all. Thanks a bunch for the help you people provided.

New motherboard fixed the issue.
