So I've just built a new PC, I went over all the parts to make sure of they were all compatible with each other a lot of times and even got other IT people to double check it too. So I ordered all the parts and put the PC together once the parts had arrived. I made sure all the plugs were in the right places and everything was all good. But once I made sure it was all plugged in I turn on the PC and the fans start going, LEDs light up and looks like it is turning on but nothing pops up on the moniter. Please help me try figure this out, will post a list of parts if need be.

There's way too little information to hazard a guess.
What parts do you have? Most important are CPU, Mobo, and graphics card.
If the CPU / Mobo support built-in graphics, can you remove the graphics card and try connecting to the built-in graphics?
Do any of the red lights that come on during the POST process stay on? Are there any beeps? Mobos use these things to indicate particular problems.

I have connected the psu straight to the gpu when it is plugged in. But when I tried the integrated graphics I pulled out the gpu. I think the problem may be that the mobo supports only 3rd gen CPUs and I have 4th gen CPU in. (Intel). It is a 4790k i7 in a MSI Mpower Z87. I will have to put another CPU in and update the bios so that is compatible. May that help the problem at all?
