Question PC has trouble booting up

So a few months ago I spilled water on my mechanical keyboard, my screen went crazy and my PC made weird noises. I turned it off quickly and dried the key board out over the next few days. Upon trying to boot my PC it would just turn on to a black screen, keyboard wouldn't light up or mouse. If I waited for hours it would EVENTUALLY get through the boot process, I resolved this by rarely turning off my PC. Now it won't boot up at all, even if I wait days. Is this probably a mb issue? What are the possible problems I created and what are some solutions that could help?

Did you only spill water on the keyboard? Have you tried a different keyboard?

Yes, I've been using a new keyboard and that seemed to help it boot up. It would still take anywhere from a minute to a couple hours. However I was playing a game the other day and my game crashed as I was exiting it, and that caused my computer to crash. Ever since then I have not been able to successfully boot it, and I'm taking a guess that it is the mb.

And only water was on the keyboard, was not close to the computer itself.
