Question Pc in boot loop

I recently have this issue where my is stuck in a boot loop. When I power it on, the qled lights up yellow (dram led) then light turns of and restarts. It'll turn back on with same sequence as before. I removed the cmos, tried using 1 ram stick, resetted cpu, removed gpu and nothing. I don't want to buy something that may not fix the problem. Any help is really appreciated.
P.S. It was working fine a few days ago and idk what caused it to do this.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
GPU: MSI GTX 1660TI
PSU: Rosewill Glacier Series 600W
RAM: Team T-Force RGB (2x8GB)

You have latest bios? Can you stil get into bios/uefi?

I don't remember what version bios I have and it doesn't give me the option to enter the bios/uefi.

Can you breadboard the pc?

Take motherboard out of the case, put it on the box it came in, only add one stick of ram/cpu/gpu and see if you can get into the bios. Need psu of course ...
Short the two pins needed to start with a small screwdriver.
