PC instabilty

I built my gaming PC about 3 weeks ago and everything was finu until now. Today i decided to play some games. While i played, my PC went in like a sleep mode, but the sound was still on. Only the screen was off. Then my PC shut-down. I pressed power-button and i could choose my profile and continue my session. It happened to me when i was typing this message too. Where should be the problem?

My PC specs:
Intel core i5 760 2.8Ghz
4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H mobo
Sparkle Calibre X560Ti GPU
Chieftec Super Series 650W PSU

what OS do you have?
if you have win 7, go to control panel, power options and edit the options so it doesnt go into sleep mode.

I have W7.
Nothing seems to be wrong in power options.

Should i have Balanced or High Performance?

I went to event viewer and it showed me that i had a critical error (Kernel-Power)
