Question Pc instantly restarts after opening any image

Windows 7 and 8 instantly restarts after opening an image weather from explorer.. or photoshop etc but it works fine in safe mode i tried clean install several times didn't helped it's dual booted alongside kali linux any fix?? If anyone wants a video of what's happening i can upload it on youtube and give link here any help will be really appreciated and thanks in advanced

Did a full scan nothing found... nothing is running in foreground

Also wipped hard drive and then reinstalled same thing is happening pc restarts after opening any image

Processor - Genuine Intel(R) 2140
3gb ram (2gb samsung 677mhz + 1 gb lenovo 1333 mhz)
Mobo - PEGATRON IPM41-D3
BIOS- American Megatrends 0105F
No Graphics Card
Can't tell anything about psu because sticker is missing
