[SOLVED] PC is a wont post after overclock

PC worked fine for a couple of days maybe a week after overclock (on cpu and ram) one night i turned it off one hour later i turned it back on and screen wasn't getting a connection i tried two different monitors and reseated the cpu i dont know how to do cmos reset for my mother board

PC specs
-B350 PC MATE motherboard
-Ryzen 5 2400G (APU)
 
Solution
First, reset CMOS:

Power off the computer but DO NOT unplug the power cord (system under S5/
Soft-off mode).
2. Use a jumper cap to short JBAT1 for about 5-10 seconds.
3. Remove the jumper cap from JBAT1.
4. Power on the computer.

OR remove the battery on the left from the marked spot for 5 seconds and put it back

Try resitting the memory.
