Question Pc is crashing

Hello there,
Trying to install windows on my new pc but it keeps crashing between 30 seconds and 5 minutes after it posts. Do you think it's the psu?

full specs
i5 7600k
asrock z270
msi rtx 2080super
16gb ddr4
thermaltake litepower 650w
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
500gb sshd
some random case

Nevermind, checked the thermals, and the cpu was at 95 celcius at idle. Guy I bought the cpu, mobo, ram, cooler off told me there was thermal paste but I checked at there isn't.
