Question PC is essembled and all but won't boot up to BIOS menu

So I've built this PC everything and seems to be in order, fans are working but not booting up to the BIOS menu because my monitor isn't detecting a signal, no clue what the problem is, it's actually my first time building a PC.

take the 970 and test with the apu motherboard output.

Alright I did that and It's booted up to the windows setup menu, so that's a great sign.
