Question PC is Giving Random Restarts. Help !

Hello,
My PC started giving me random restarts with any blue screen a single message, restart, and automatically get back again to Windows

SPECS
My PC is only a low-end PC
CPU: i3 4150 with Stock CPU cooler
GPU: Intel Integrated GPU only
RAM: 16GB RAM 1600MHZ
PSU: (280w PSU) FSP GROUP FSP280-40EPA
SSD: 240GB KINGSTON A400
HDD: HITACHI 320GB
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO 64bit

I've recently bought a 16 GB kit from Aliexpress (8GBx2) and Installed that and the second day I started facing these issues, I was facing that Issue before with my Old 1 stick (8gbx1) but not a lot, rarely


NEW RAM TEST (8GBx2) = Tested 16 GB at ONCE

MY PSU (280w) FSP GROUP FSP280-40EPA

THINGS I HAVE DONE:
- Disabled Auto Restart
- Checked Ram if Faulty with Memtest86 Latest Version 4 Passes + with Old version V4 two times No issues were found
- I have Bitdefender Antivirus
- Drivers updated to the latest version
- Checked for CPU TEMPS and It's not overheating, It's an I3 4150 with a stock cooler it will be enough for it

What should I do?

If that PSU is several years old, it could be that starting to give up the ghost. It sounds like a cheap unit.

What are the models of both the older RAM and new RAM? Also, how old is the system? Typically the power supply is the first thing to go on an old machine. Is there a large amount of dust buildup in the case and on components?

1) My Old Ram was only a 1 stick 8GB DDR3 : Samsung
