[SOLVED] PC is in a restart loop with no display after changing BIOS settings ?

If I change ANY settings in BIOS and exit, (I don't even have to save..) then it'll just keep restarting and beeping with no display output. I've identified that the problem is most likely something to do with RAM, I have 2 Elite TEAMGROUP sticks (2x8GB purchased seperately), though one of them seems to be a different revision..? I have to clear CMOS to boot. You'd think that I could try changing BIOS with one stick and then add the other one once it boots, but that doesn't work since once I power on my PC with the second stick, it tells me that new hardware has been detected. If I try loading default values, then all of my BIOS settings are cleared (obviously), If I choose the second option it just does the same thing as before; gets stuck in a restart loop until I clear CMOS.

Specs:
GPU - NVIDIA 1650 Super
CPU - AMD 3 3200G
Motherboard - B450M M2-Max
RAM - 2x8GB Elite TEAMGROUP

My PC is usable but I just can't change any settings! (which also means that I lose 2GB of RAM because of the APU)
