Hi I have a problem, so I wasn't home for a day and when I came back and tried to boot my pc it just didn't boot to windows nor BIOS. And the fans kept spinning. Recently I have upgraded the GPU and added extra stick of RAM, but everything was working fine untill now.

Pc specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Gigabyte ab-350-gaming (not the 3 one)
Msi aero Gtx 1080 8gb
Corsair lpx vengeance 2x8Gb 2400Mhz
Samsung PM961 256gb
WD blue 1Tb
Corsair CX450M

So far I've taken out all of the components, tried booting it with each RAM stick. Tried second GPU slot. Checked for any burns/damaged transistors/capacitors but I guess if everything is liten up its no need for that. Have take out the battery to reset the CMOS. Tried HDMI cables as well as displayport.

My only guess is that it could be either CPU/MoBo or PSU.

I can try out another PSU and a GPU, but that's tomorrow.

@Edit:
It's worth to add that the MoBo does not beep when booting without GPU and RAM when connected to speakers

Yes I do, I will sort it out tomorrow. Hopefully it's not the GPU :/

@Edit:

Well it looks like it's working now for some reason I have no idea why it is, I went through the same process of removing components, resetting CMOS etc and it booted just fine, thanks.
