PC is not displaying anything accept bios settings in out of frame size

Hey guys, I don't what happened to my pc, now when i try to boot my pc it shows auto adjustment in progress on startup(while we get option to enter bios) and then black screen nothing on the screen, but on start up when i press delete key to enter bios again it shows auto adjustment in progress and then it let me enter the bios but the bios screen is out of frame of my monitor.

Monitor: Dell S2240L
CPu: Amd fx-8350
Ram: corsair Vengeance 16gb (1600mhz)
Gpu: Sapphire R9 270x
Mobo: Asus crosshair V formula-z
Psu: Corsair vs650
Hdd: Seagate SSHD+WD Green
OS: windows 8.1+windows 7
 
First try connecting your monitor to something else, using the same cable. If that works then we know it's not the cable nor the monitor and must actually be something with your PC. If it is your PC, then it's likely to be a video issue of some sort. If you have on-board graphics, try removing the GPU and using the on-board graphics. If you have access to a different GPU, try swapping it for a different one. If you have a second PCIe x16 slot (even if it's electrically only x8), try using the different slot.
