pc is not displaying screen except my cursor

i have pressed ctrl alt and delete but in my pc there is no option of task manager , its only showing switch user trouble shoot etc

That's normal for Control-Alt-Delete, nothing wrong there.

If you want Task Manager you right-click an empty area of the Taskbar, then left-click Task Manager in the menu.
