Question PC is slow to show boot screen?

From when you push the power button to the screen shows the boot logo. If that takes 15 sec what could be wrong? PSU? GPU? Motherboard and CPU are both brand new.

Which PC ??? Some take a long time to go thru POST if BIOS has to check everything and configure itself. Any difference between cold BOOT (from power off), With power on and restart ? Most of the time it's "Memory training" (applying XMP) finding GPU or bootable disk.
If you turn Logo off you should be able to see steps it goes thru.
Most of new-ish MBs have Fast start/boot option in BIOS.

64 GB 3000 mhz DDR 4 Ram (XMP enabled).
Asus TUF gaming Z690 motherboard D4
Noctua NS-D15 cooler.
dual 970 evos 1 TB
Windows 11 Pro
ASUS 2070 8GB

Motherboard might be new, doesn't mean it has the latest bios, so what bios does it run? Can find that in the bios itself via dxdiag.
