Question PC is SOMETIMES turning on normally, but sometimes has a LOT of difficulty turning on. orange light appears behind it.

Ok. my PC sometimes turn on normally but its becoming more and more frequent that a red orange will appear behind the computer and it wont turn on easily. I have difficulty turning it on but sometimes its possible. The orange light comes from the motherboard.

I dont think its the power source because i had already changed the source i had (this problem happened too back then) to a source of 750 watts and the problem persists. i have also tried changing power cables, plugging to other power trip or socket and it still happens.

also, the computer will never turnoff alone when im using it. when it turns on it works normally and correctly.

so what is probably the cause of this problem ? thanks.

i would need to connect to the pc to confirm all of that. what i know is that:

processor/cpu is an i5 8500

gpu is a geforce gtx 1060

ram is 16 DDR4

OS is a windows 10

motherboard is an ASUS Prime H310M-E R 2.0

cooler is a MASTERAIR MA410P

HDD

i dont know the psu or name exactly . also dont know BIOS version.

any theories for what is probably causing this problem ? if i leave the pc on sleep mode instead of turning it off, it works normally. im typing from it now.

I suspect the problem is the motherboard.

no one is answering more than one day after ?
