Question PC is stuttering frames and lights flicker in my room. Any idea why?

Built a new pc recently. Works like a charm, other than my issue with frames.

Ryzen 7800x3d
NVIDIA 4070 ti super
32GB DDR5 6000
Lian Li LED infinity AIO Cooler
Corsair M1000E PSU

I will be playing games and my frames ill skip consistently every 5-10 seconds, and my lights in my room will flicker at the same time. Every time. No idea why. Tried a factory reset of my pc and that did not work. Disabled overlays, cleaned storage drives, tweaked GPU OC settings, not sure. Any reason why? Thanks.

sound like electricity issue. contact an electrician try another outlet or room.

The frames problem is not causing the lights to flicker, it's the other way.

would there just not be enough wattage to supply my pc? would buying something like a UPS system fix my problems? Seems like every room in the upstairs where i try a different outlet, all of the lights flicker.

As you were already told, it's due to a substandard electrical system in the house. This requires a licensed electrician to take a look and if possible fix the issue. There are no alternatives.

do you think that buying a UPS system could fix the issue? my neighbor is an electrician so i can probably have him take a look, but i am wondering if a UPS system could help.

A UPS will not help this situation long term.
