I’ve recently built a gaming pc and I just feel like it’s under performing. What should I upgrade or fix.

BIOS version for your motherboard? You forgot to mention the make and model of your ram kit. How old is the PSU in your build?

Did you use DDU to remove all GPU driver(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstalled the latest GPU drivers sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command?

You might want to Keep an eye on that AIO from MSI. What sort of temps do you see? Speaking of AIO's and temps, what is the make and model of your case and how is the AIO mounted in your case?
