PC isn't turning on no led no sound

Today, my PC was working great until after I upgraded the CPU cooler and the GPU. I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and the Radeon R9 280x. I installed them both correctly, and now when I try to turn on the computer, there aren't any LEDs, no sound, no fans turning on. nothing. I also tried changing the power cable to another wall socket, and nothing. Help?

My Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: Radeon R9 280x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 1600 MHz
PSU: Corsair RM750
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

I changed the motherboard of the pc and it still isn't working. Any other suggestions?

Is your EVO perfectly installed ? make sure ur processor isn't overheating !

Actually my computer is working today. The weirdest thing happened. Today, I tried to turn it on, and it worked. Yesterday it just didn't want to. And there wasn't a lack of power in my house.

Anyways, actually one of the EVO's screws broke inside a standoff, but it still works perfectly fine. I requested a replacement accessories kit from cooler master and they will most likely say yes.

I haven't water cooled before, and i'm kind of afraid of messing up my PC. And besides, the price to performance ratio of the CM Hyper 212 EVO is insane. I OCd to 4.4GHz without a problem. And it only cost $35
