pc keep turning off and on at night

lately my computer suddenly turn it self off and after a few second it turn back on no shutting down message just completely turn off and then turn back on. so maybe my PSU is dying or failing but what i dont understand is that it only happen at night around 11pm the issue accur. when i play games in the morning let say around 9am i can play all day without any problem but when after past 10pm around 11pm to 12am the problem occur suddenly it turn off and on. after a few minutes it turn off again and 1 or 2 second it turn back on. i dont know whats happening can anyone please help me i really need your help.

I suspect that what you are seeing is windows 10 deciding to update your pc and restart.

In settings you have a bit of control on when this is done.
It is probably set at 11pm now.

im using widows 7 and i think its not restarting but totally turning my pc off as if you pull the plug in the outlet. and then 1 or 2 sec it turns on..
