Question pc keeps black screening

i have an rx 590 i know that the drivers used to cause black screens but i think it was patched i also cant turn my pc off from the power button when it black screens i have to switch it off at the psu i end up having to do it a couple of times before it fully boots i cant find anyone else with the same problem and i dont know what could cause this
