Hello, my specs are:

Motherboard: MSI Mag B760 Tomahawk DDR4
CPU: i5-13600k
GPU: EVGA GTX 1080
RAM: 32GB 3200
SSD: M.2 2TB
PSU: Corsair RM750e 750w

a few months ago, my pc starts crashing here and there in one of the games i play, all of a sudden it freezes, i can still hear sound for like 10 seconds and then it goes into reboot, now over the last few months this keeps happening more and more and i dont know what it is, ive tried the usual benchmarks for cpu, gpu and ram and everytime i stresstest everything at once or the single components one by one its no problem, but in simple multiplayer games like league or cs i can sometimes play up to an hour or two without problems and all of a sudden it freezes and reboots, sometimes it crashes after minutes.

What i have tried already:
-i bought new ram and a new motherboard, cause on the old motherbord the control light for ram was on and it didnt go out no matter what i did.
-i have de installed my gpu drivers ( with ddu) and tried different nvidia drivers for the gtx 1080 to make sure its not a new driver being the problem
-i have updated my bios to the newest
-i have reinstalled windows twice
-i bought a new psu and it didnt matter

any ideas?

How old is the PSU? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or information event just before or at the time of the crashes.

Start wth Reliability History. Much more end user friendly and the timeline format may reveal a pattern.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

To help with Event Viewer:

How To - How to use Windows 10 Event Viewer | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)

In both tools you can click any given entry for more detailed information. The details may or may not be helpful.

Look for error codes and any accompanying information.
