Question PC Keeps Crashing

I bought a Asus ROG Strix G10CE premade. I took out the mobo, CPU, and GPU. I put them into an NZXT H510 case with an EVGA 600W 80 Plus power supply, upgraded RAM, and a corsair H60 AIO Cooler. I will list the full specs below.

The problem is, the pc will randomly freeze, black screen, or close to desktop randomly. I predominately play Overwatch on it and very light other games. I've looked at the event logs and I do get a few kernel event errors of: 41, 141, 117. Sometimes I can play for hours, sometimes it crashes halfway through the first match of OW. I have no idea what is wrong, I've done a clean install of Windows 11 and have uninstalled all Asus software except Asus AI suite 3. I only use AI Suite 3 for the cpu fan speed controller. The bios is updated, but awful. I cannot change XMP settings, fan speeds, overclocks, nothing. So I need software to make sure the AIO pump is pumping.

Specs:
  • i5-11400F (~27c idle -- ~60c under load)
  • RTX 3050 (~30c idle -- ~50-70c under load)
  • 512GB SSD
  • G.Skill Ripjaw V Series 16Gb DDR4 2400MHz
  • EVGA 600W 80 Plus PSU
  • H60 AIO
  • LG Ultragear 1920x1080 144Hz 27"

*Nothing is overclocked/underclocked as far as I know

41 is power delivery. Speaking of that;

Model of the PSU (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is and was it bought new or used/refurbished?
You need a decent PSU.
I listed the EVGA Psu in the pc part picker link. But I replaced it again with the premade one which is a LiteOn 500w. Also, which I'm sure is bad, but it was sold with that one in it.

I'm tight on cash, any suggestions on what psu would be good for it? The EVGA I bought like 3 years ago, never used it.

That is a low end EVGA PSU. I wouldn't use it in a build of any quality. Do you have a budget and a preferred site for purchasing components?
Not necessarily, even used id be ok with. Amazon had a "Thermaltake SMART 600W" for $45. The evga one had decent reviews so I thought itd be ok. I'd like to stay under $50 only considering the comp was only $500

Do you think the psu is the main issue?

Sorry , but there is no decent quality power supplies under $50.00. tHE PSU runs and protects your setup. It's better to spend a little extra to protect your BUILD.
Ok, and you think that is the issue? I'll have to wait, warranty, or return it. I just feel like the psu it came with should have been sufficient enough.

They only care it lasts through the warranty period. And all a warranty would get you is another of the same low-quality PSU.

It might not be the issue. But one of the many problems with low-quality PSUs is that when you have problems, you need to rule it out anyway.

I understand, I'll look for used psu's then since I cant really afford more at the moment, and I'm assuming the Thermaltake isnt good enough.

Bad idea. :non: In a way, even worse than buying cheap PSU.

With used PSUs, there's no telling what kind of abuse the PSU has seen and if it even works within ATX PSU standard (e.g keeping voltages within spec).
Also, with used PSUs, most of the times, you will not get any warranty with the PSU. Only manufacturer certified refurbished PSUs have warranty (Corsair and EVGA do sell refurbished units), but even then, most what you can get, is 90 day warranty, regardless if the PSU is cheap-end (e.g Corsair CX) or high-end (e.g Corsair AXi).

So, that being said, look towards brand new Sesonic Focus or Corsar RMx/RMi unit. 550W or up (depends what's cheaper).
(All 3 of my PCs are also powered by Seasonic, full specs with pics in my sig.)

Looked around a bit and found Seasonic Focus GX-750 for 100 bucks,
amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-Full-Modular-Warranty-Application-SSR-750FX/dp/B0BG9RZ1YH/
It would be hard to find good quality PSU under 100 bucks.

With this, you essentially have 2 choices:
#1 Keep using your PC as is, with high chance of your EVGA W1 (or LiteOn unit) going belly up and frying everything they are connected to (aka your whole PC); where you'd be looking easy 500 bucks to replace your entire PC.
#2 Stop using your PC until you can afford to fork out Benjamin for Seasonic Focus GX-750.

Your call. My math says that one Benjamin is cheaper than easy 5-6 Benjamins. Not to mention the hassle of replacing entire PC.

PSU's efficiency has 0 to do with build quality. Heck, there are 80+ Bronze PSUs out there (some Seasonic units) that are far better than some 80+ Gold units. And there's also one 80+ Titanium unit out there (Silverstone managed to build it) that is worse than some 80+ Bronze units.

So, if you want definitive answer, post the PSU in question to us and we can tell if it's good build quality or not.
