Question PC keeps Disconnections Please help ASAP

I have been suffering with this problem for years I took it to shop I bought it from coz its still under warranty. The problem is connection drops randomly and when it drops my PC stops communication with all devices my router and Pi-hole both of which can be connected even without internet. It works for some time if I unplug and plug the the LAN cable but after some time it stops working again the problem comes and goes and even thou my connections is dropping my network internet access logo looks fine. When I scan and troubleshoot shows (The default gateway is not available ) at time it shows it fixed it but it doesn't work

List of thing I did so far:

1. Installed the latest Realtek Driver
2. Updated all AMD chipset drivers
3. turn off power management settings
4. changed cable multiple times, upgraded from CAT5 to CAT6
5. changed router
6. changed modem
7. Did windows multiple times, at times it works ok for few day before reverting to the problem
8. yelled at ISP
9. tried any troubleshooting vid I could find on YT
10. Bought a TP-Link Gigabit Lan connector

please ALL the experts give me your wisdom and help me
