Pc keeps freezes after windows 10... :/

So... I have:

• 
  ■ A AMD Athlon II x4 635 CPU
  ■ A AMD R7 260x GPU
  ■ 2 HDD's (300Gb and 1Tb)
  ■ A HP G5248sc Motherboard
  ■ 8gb(2x4Gb) HyperX DDR3 RAM
  ■ A Corsair VS450 PSU
  ■ A old CD drive...
  ■ And a old case...
  ■ Windows 10 Home edition (Upgrade form Win7HE)

Now, in the start there was long time between evert freeze, but now it freezes every couple minutes of gameplay... I thin it's the motherboard that doesn't like win10, but i'm no expert...
Freeze=No mouse or keyboard click response (Mouse movement is fine the first minutes of the "Freeze").

I have this problem too. But only happens after a computer shut down or when my computer wakes from sleep. Then it will take me shuting my computer down 1-4 more times before it wont freeze and works for days / weeks. before i shut down or sleep my computer.
