My pc started to ramdonly freezing with no response whatsoever(only the audio keeps playing) and after about 1min after it cuts video signal. I decided to check event log to see what is happening and there is a critical error there: Kernel-Power Event ID:41 . What does it mean? is it software? hardware?
I have also been noticing some stutters while playing Dota 2 or CoD Warzone, stutter that never happened before.

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
RTX 2070 Super Zotac Twin Fan
XPG Gammix D10 2x8GB 3200MHz DDR4
Adata Falcon 512GB NVme
Seagate 1tb 7200rpm HDD
ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS
Corsair RM650

Some additional information:
  • Im running Windows 11 Beta
  • I had to RMA my mobo due to energy problems and got a new one
  • I had issues with the new mobo in the past but a simple clear cmos and clean install solved it
  • PC is about a year old, if this problem is related to Mobo or GPU i have until october to activate the warranty, PSU and RAM i have about 9 years left lol
  • Mobo is running latest BIOS with ftpm enabled by default for windows 11

Just disabled it, hoping for the best now haha

EDIT: forgot to mention i ran some tests like furmark prime 95 and memtest86:
  • First i ran furmark and heaven engine, all looking good
  • Then i ran prime95, nothing stands out there
  • After that i ran prime 95 with heavenengine to see if its power supply related, but it kept running well
  • Spent a few hours o memtest86 and got no error there
  • Also noticed that this freezing occurs right after playing some games(spent a few hours playing dota, closed went to open apple tv+ in browser and pc froze)
If its not the ftpm what could it be?

Never torture your pc like that, it can cause your pc more broke than it has been. Maybe because the temperature of your GPU or CPU, or outdated driver,. Try to update all driver from your motherboard site, assuming u're using new mobo

Temps are okay, while playing CPU never gets past 65C and GPU never gets past 80C. But so far since i turned ftpm off i played a dota match with little to 0 stutter and the did not freeze yet. 🤞

Went back to windows 10, noticed that my usb ports power cycled when i plugged my phone, very weird behavior, considering my history with this mobo, i have got to ask. Could my mobo be dying?

my USB behave like that to whenever I connected to my phone, but it works fine when I plugged it to rear USB,
