Discussion PC keeps rebooting

Have a Dell Latitude E5450. Had to reinstall Windows but now it keeps rebooting and showing "Press F1 to reboot or F2 to enter setup". Anyone know a fix for this? There seems to be a bunch of setting in the BIOS. Thanks.

first check if the bios detect any drive before the install of os also you use the dell os software .

And update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Also: what happens (or does not happen) if F1 or F2 is pressed?

Is F2 not going into Setup?

F2 to enter setup". Anyone know a fix for this?

It could be as simple as when your in BIOS is to set defaults and time/ date.

It might be looping because Windows knows it a newer date than it is reading BIOS posting as it boots.

Tried resetting the default. Didn't make any difference. There's this "Add Boot Option" in the boot sequence selection with all kinds of choices. I don't know what to select. This was a feature in the older Dell laptops.
