PC keeps restarting after new graphics card

Hi all,

I just bought a new Gigabyte R9 290 and a Corsair CX750M power supply to upgrade from my HD 6950 and OCZ ModXStream 600W.

So when I installed the card itself the PC would reboot so I figured it was a PSU issue so I bought a new PSU. But the problem persisted and I have since reinstalled Windows. The problem seemed to go away for a short while until I installed all the updates and installed AMD catalyst drivers.

WTF is going on?

I Think it may be a driver solution. I've uninstalled all AMD drivers but kept origin open and have managed to keep the pc running for about 10 minutes, when before it would crash after 3 minutes
