Question PC keeps restarting itself, no signal coming from it. Monitor is always on power saver mode.

Please help. I tried pulling out the CMOS battery, waited for 10mins and put it back on again. I tried cleaning the fan,etc etc.. but my PC keeps on restarting no matter what! I plugged the monitor in and it says there is no signal coming from the case. Can someone help me with this problem? I needed my PC to attend online class.

What are the system specs? Behavior like that is many times heat out your power supply starting to go out.

thank you, i changed my power supply to a better one and it's functioning normally now.
