Pc keeps restarting, new pc?

Well no matter wat i do it just keeps restarting, ive tried different ports so i dont think its gpu, tge gpu is new 980 rma from evga and idk if it would break after 2 weeks. Ive ried to maybe use onboard gpu and still no image and just restarting again. I think i need a new cpu or mob, if i got those thing and a new case wat is sum good ones. I have a 980 gpu, i5 2600k cpu, and asrock z68.

No i cant get any signal anything, it just restarts restarts restarts without showing anything.

Have you tried using another PSU ? or Re-seating the RAM ?
